After the initial engagement and everything was setup, the tone changed from "let us be of service" to more of "hide and seek". I never made an attempt to request repairs, but I noticed the ball had already started being dropped. I was told I would receive information about the home warranty details in the mail. I never got anything from this company after nearly an entire month had gone by. While in the process of trying to cancel the policy, each attempt has been met with "let me take a message and have them call you back." I never get a ring on the phone to answer, but I do get a voicemail from them stating if I still require services, for me to give them a call back. This only becomes an endless loop or cycle. They know what I'm trying to do, but they are preventing me by keeping me in that phone calling loop or cycle.
