On February 10, 2024, I ordered a wig from wigdo.com and paid ***** plus ***** for shipping. order #*************. Received the wigs and did not like any if them at all. I immediately contacted wigdo via email and someone named **** has been emailing me every day with suggestions such as: take to hair salon for restyling, wash wig, offered me ***** and ***** to keep wig. I stressed to her that I would not keep the wig for free, that is how much I disliked it. They have been giving me the run around daily, all I want and requested is the return address and full refund. Their return policy is a scam, they say they provide full customer satisfaction, which they do not. This site should not be allowed to continue selling and scamming people. Again, the only resolution I want is return address and full refund
