I was served an ad on Instagram made to look like a Kate Spade handbag sale. The ad took me to a website that was made to look like the Kate Spade site. Once I received confirmation of my purchase, the email came from [email protected], which made me realize it was a scam. I tried to cancel the order and they claimed they did not receive my email. I have asked numerous times if they were real bags and they stated that they buy directly from the seller which is why they are cheaper. The bags arrived and they are very poor quality and not the advertised Kate Spade bags. I have been trying to obtain a refund but they have not issued it as of this reporting.
