I ordered a pair of shoes based on photo on their Facebook ad. It was suspicious to me that the monies were charged to my credit card weeks before I received the shoes so I emailed them twice and was assured they were being sent. When they finally arrived, I tried them on and they did not fit at all. To add insult to injury, the shoes look nothing like the shoes in the photo. After this experience, I now realize this is a common occurance with some online companies. I have emailed Gracelook twice to ask for shipping and refund information and they provide me the same cryptic response -

"We’re sorry to apologize for the inconvenience did you measure yourself according the size chart before you order?

And we sincerely believe nothing can be a problem with communication.

I am left to believe I am on the hook for these shoes I cannot and will not ever wear. I reported this to Facebook and am reporting to ScamPulse.com in the hopes that others will not be similarly defrauded. I appreciate any efforts you can put forth. Thank you
