So I request to speak to a management. The representative told me that I need to call back. So I waited for 30 minutes before I returned the call. So I agreed to a callback.
The representative did return my call and preceded to tell me what was said in the fine print on what I had agreed to.
The scam comes because they know that people are not going to take the time to read the small print. The representative agreed to give me 35%of my money back, after calculating the cost I ask for 50% back.
The original deal was to pay shipping for one product and the price of the second product. So the cost was a little over fourteen dollars but in all they charged me $240.00 +the other cost of fourteen.
