I don't know how they got my information, this household does use other subscriptions online therefore we believe they fraudulently took that information. We are seniors we do not nor have we ever played online games, nor would we have signed up for any trial period.

They use the excuse of you didn't cancel within the 14 day trial period, knowing full well it takes more than that to show or be notified by the credit card company.

Upon a complaint they only site that 14 day period and listen nothing to the we had no idea about this charge. Its a scam and thats how they make their money. Their email also goes by @cvming.net. They target you're online activity.
