I ordered 3 ornaments and never received them – these were supposed to be Christmas gifts. I contacted the Famiily Shop because they switched my billing address and shipping address. I was told by the post office that they would not forward the package because the company told them to destroy it. I have made many attempts to contact them and get reimbursed or have the ornaments remade. After several attempts they finally email back stating they would make it right since it was their mistake. This was before Christmas…and now no responses to any of my emails sent to them since then. I have filed a complaint against this company with the post office as fraud, I am contacting my bank to see if my money can be returned. The address listed when you search for this company is not even a valid address or zip code and the phone number, when called, goes to an escort service! There is no way to contact this company other than the [email protected].
