I ordered 6 bottles of cbd oil on April 22 from essencepurecbd.com It's now July 17 and have not received this order. I have attempted to contact this company - which showed as REAL KETO HEALTH8772141333QC on my credit card - $328.33. I have send several emails to [email protected] and had not one response and my messages didn't bounce back. The customer service number that was on my confirmation of order 1-855-742-4103 has recording, (no real people), stating to send inquiries by email to an address which does not exist (different email from where the confirmation came from). I believe this is a SCAM. My order confirmation also stated Norton Shopping Guarantee.

Likewise I ordered 6 bottles of CBD oil and 4 bottles of Tumeric at the beginning of April...received nothing except 4 bottles of Keto advanced weight loss capsules last week. Have sent numerous 3mails with no response. The charges on visa went through as buyrealketo so I contacted keto to see if they deal with this product. Just sent the email today...will see what happens. I don’t expect to get a response to these emails is it is a scam..put it down to experience.

[email protected] on Feb.9/20 I ordered cbd oil from this company it was advertised if you ordered 3 bottles and would get 3 free they debted my account immediately for $307 noticing this within 5min. I asked that they cancel my order the responds was that my order was already being proccessed I have had many conversation via text with this company with my concerns about not receiving this product and wanting a full refund as it is now May 19/20 their last responds to me on May 10/20 was that my order has been processed by fulfillment the system will no longer allow them to stop my order looking back that's what I was told in Feb. was told that all orders are backed by Norton Shopping Guarantee Beware this is a scam hate to know how many people have fallen
