Ordered puzzles on August 28th, I received a piece of cloth on September 17th. Contacted customer service, followed directions to return the item to receive a refund. Sent item back on October 6th. It is now November 12th and haven’t heard anything or received a refund.

i seen this ad on facebook about at a company selling puzzles going out of business. so i ordered some thinking it was from that store. I didn't know it was from China until they said my puzzles shipped and i seen how they were shipped and where they were coming from. i never received them. i tried to contact them but got no where
