I had ordered shower head from a website off a game that I was playing from the App Store the add played over & over I also canceled the same day. The order still went through? I went to there customer service site follow there return policy I asked for a return label &refund at least 20 times

I got automatic messages back instead of from a person. They’re always backed up and they’ll take care of me when they can so far not. bottom line buyer beware
