Purchased a basketball and received it. It’s nothing like what was advertised. I’ve requested a refund in which was stated was possible within 30 days. I did it right away and I’m haven’t received any responses from them at all. The product is NO GOOD!!!

I ordered a basketball for my grandson and the Dribble Dream co. charged my credit card right away . I payed extra to get priorty mail so it would get here faster. I received an e mail stating my order had arrived, but i never got it. I contacted their customer support and they said first it was due to the corona virus that it was late. The next excuse was that it was left at the neighbors or it was stuck at the post office. Next they told me it was left at a postoffice warehouse and I should go get it , but they never told me which ware house.

It has just been one excuse after the other.
