I purchased the treadmill online in December. I called to see when I would be receiving the treadmill around January 15 and they told me that the treadmill was a pre-ordered treadmill and that I will not be receiving it until February 14. I told the representative that was not what I had ordered and that when I ordered the treadmill, it stated to be shipped out in 3 to 5 business days. In fact, I had ordered the express delivery. I then spoke with another representative because I received the email stating that I will get the treadmill shipped out on January 31. So I reached out to them via telephone, email, and chat because there is no one to be reached when you give them a call. Someone had call me back a day or so later I told her that I wanted a refund, she asked me if I would reconsider keep the treadmill, because it will be shipped out around January 31 and that they would give me $15 off of my order. I told her yes. I called again on today because I didn’t get any email saying the treadmill was being shipped out. Once again, you cannot reach anyone by phone nor chat nor email so now I’m waiting for someone to give me a call back. I think this is bad business and this is ridiculous because I’ve been waiting since December to get the treadmill. I don’t know if they are scamming me or not but it still seems like it.
