I ordered a hair straightener online, can’t remember the company name. They sent me the straightener it doesn’t work. It will not get hot. It turns on but like I said it will not get hot. I contacted the company by email four times back-and-forth and they will not credit me the total amount, one email stated that they would give me a refund of (2) USD, THEN THE NEXT EMAIL SAID THEY(5) USD. This is why I think that they are not a US company because the US does not write two dollars as (2) USD. I told him I would send this back and they would not take the merchandise back. I’ve contacted my credit card company to dispute these charges however I wanted to bring this to your attention. I feel that this is a scam and it is from a foreign country, but I’m not sure which one because it doesn’t say , but the plug is not your normal plug. I AM SURE THAT THEY’RE PULLING THE SCAM ON EVERY PERSON IN THE UNITED STATES THAT ORDERED THE PRODUCT, SO I WANTED TO BRING IT TO YOUR ATTENTION It looks international any questions please contact me at 586-295-5322.
