I ordered a costume from this site October 10, plenty of time for Halloween. They sent a confirmation email stating the item will ship within 5-7 days. It’s tracked through SHOP app. 10 days go by. I’m searching for a way to contact them, only an email contact on the site. I email them. No response. I email four times, and still no response. Still nothing and item has not shipped. SHOP says, “order placed” 13 days later. This site is obviously a scam. After researching reviews, there are several stories just like mine.
