I saw an advertisement on Facebook for Black History Month merchandise. I ordered four (4) shirts totaling $72.46. I received a confirmation on 2/1/23, conf #AD00003744. On 2/17/23, I sent an email to customer support (support @adoraboo.com) to check on the order as I had not received any shipment or information. I received a return email from Adoraboo on 2/20/23 stating the package was under normal processing and to wait a few more days. To date, 3/8/23, I've yet to receive any further correspondence from Adoraboo or my merchandise.

I received an email purportedly sent by *** customer service, which informed me that my account had been frozen. I checked my account, and found it in good order. The logo and other details in the email were slightly off. Additionally, it was sent not from an *** email address, but from a lookalike address--info_***. I did not click on the link within the message, but am concerned that others might do so.
