I then requested a 360 Mop - BLUE. When that arrived, it didn't operate as stated. I requested another refund after sending a video of the non-operational mop. (attempted to upload video here, but file format not accepted). They declined and offered to replace the mop. When the replacement arrived, it doesn't work either.
