On Facebook they posted an ad for a tazzer used for protection. I bought two. They sent me two BBQ lighters! I contacted them and asked them to send me a form to return the lighters and send me what I paid for, tazers. Their response is that I would have to pay for the shipment to Vietnam. I told them that’s expensive and I already paid for shipping, they sent the wrong product, it’s their responsibility to pay for the shipping to return. We went back and forth, I told them I would be reporting them to you and Facebook so they sent me an email saying that the lighters are the tazers. Clearly when I didn’t back down they tried this tactic. They did offer to let me keep the lighters and they would refund 10%. I didn’t accept the offer. After claiming they sent what I ordered, the offered a 25% refund. I told them the only acceptable action is to pay for the return and ship me what I ordered or I would report the scam.

Offered a product did the yard and it was horrible and not even close to the online pics. Offered a 35% refund if I kept it. I asked for return address and felt it was bogus. Hopefully will get at least a partial refund and will pitch the product in recycle bin for scrap.

They advertised a Squirrel-Proof bird feeder. The picture shown in a video is not what is received. What is received is not same product. They say to return to Asia. Or get 15% refund only.

We saw an ad from HAPPY SHOP. It was a bait and switch scam. They showed Clark shoes but sent a no name brand. Then only offered a 20% refund or replace with the same shoe.

Please let me know your foot length (measure from the back/central part of the heel to the end of the longest toe) so that I can choose a suitable size for you (Or you can pick a size yourself, we will follow your request and send you a one-time free replacement).

In case you do not want a replacement, we would like to give you 20% refund on this current order and you can keep it to give away or resell.

The product is a lawn ornament. Shows large fairy with dandelion. Very detailed, what i received was a flat form and very small. I can't find a way to return for a refund. The address is just a shipping center. Address Shipping Center

This company advertised "Clarks" brand shoes on Facebook. I felt comfortable purchasing these shoes because I know the brand. Attached is my communications with the company. They refuse to refund me the money.

I ordered a black purse online from "happy shop". When I got it, the zippers do not zip correctly and the purse is cheap, not worth the cost I paid. I emailed "happy shop" and got an email stating "I'm sorry to hear that you would like to return your order. According to our policy, we accept return requests as long as the return fee is at customer's expense. However, the shipping fee would be high due to geographical distance, so the returning option is not our first recommendation. I'd love to help solve your problem in a better way, so I need a few more details to get started. May I ask why you want to return your products? I'd highly appreciate it if you can send some feedback on the product so we can make an improvement accordingly.

In case the product is faulty, please send us a video or some pictures to demonstrate the problem so that we can work on it and give you a suitable solution.

They did not give a return address with the package or on the emails I received.

I now have a purse of such poor quality I won't use it and no way to return it to get my money back. They are a scam company and should be stopped from being online.
