I purchased a pair of shoes from a Facebook ad. It appeared to sell Clarks shoes. I should've known it was a scam because the last letter ran off the ad so visually I saw Clar. I have emailed them about a refund and was told that they would give a 20% discount and I could keep the shoes. No one could possibly wear the shoes. They are total knock offs and cheaply made. The company is: Aubotra. The man I emailed with is: Nguyen Trung

I told him I want to return the shoes with a full refund. I found a Facebook post complaining that others fell for the same ad and can't get a response or a refund. My credit card company said they would give me a refund but not sure if the funds can be retrieved.

I am unable to locate the original ad from where I purchased the shoes. It appears to have been taken down. However, I found a video from Lucy Stilson showing the shoes as originally advertised. I didn't lose a lot of money but they have my credit card information and they scammed many people which is why I am filing this complaint.
