Who knows; they have no refund recovery for cliches in their payment system, so they just keep the money. I tried the app during the trial and cancelled after the trial; they charged $19.99 for the year because I cancelled after the trial. (This is fair.) The scam is they charged me a second time for no reason and will not refund my money. People should be alerted to companies that use these practices and then refuse to refund you, even though they continue to charge you.
