Person called me on my cell phone, using my full name, and continued to tell me that my Windows computer had been hacked and that they needed to fix it for me. I have had no dealings with this company, there is no way for them to know if my computer had been hacked. He kept insisting my computer had notified them that someone had hacked into my computer and changed a setting in Windows, and did I understand how serious this issue was. I couldn't understand a lot of what the man said as he had a very heavy accent. I told him I couldn't understand him and if they really needed to speak to me, they needed to have someone who spoke better English call me back and I hung up. The same man immediately called me back, calling me by name again, and I hung up on him. He called again and I didn't answer.
