I ordered an item online in February and paid for expedited & trackable shipping. Appeared the item was being sent within the USA. I reached out several times and was told the item was on the way. Haven't received a response the last three times I have emailed.

I have oreder off of Tiktok in the past and received the products, no problems. I place an order in February for a luggage bag and got a confirmation email and then afterwards a shipped email with tracking. After 2/3 weeks I reached out because the tracking had not updated. I got a response back stating it was on its way but I needed to wait 8-14 business days, so I did just that. After 20 days, I reached out again asking for an updated and an update tracking number. I got another response apologizing saying its on its way. I waited for 30 days and reached out again asking for tracking. Again, an apologizing that sometimes it gets held up. I said I've asked for tracking over 3 times now and no one has assited with that. I finally reached out April 2024 and asked that since it seems I will not be getting that package that I would like a refund. They responded again saying they are unable to process a refund. Very responsive but nothing to show.

I'm going back and forth with someone buy the name Rachel Peake [email protected] keeps saying that it's on it's way not to worry, this was ordered Feburary 27th at 7:30pm.

This site had an add on TikTok for a 4$ sale on jumpsuits. All I had to do was pay shipping. I purchased and never received my order. I got a mystery package of a single small gold earring hook. I’ve been emailing and only received automated messages.

Accidentally made a purchase and once I realized what I had done, I immediately sent an email to request the item be cancelled and refunded. After a few hours I got a response that states the item had been shipped already so I requested shipping and tracking information, to which I got neither.

A few days later I received tracking after sending a few more emails requesting cancellation.

In the meantime I continue to send emails and get the same response.

Today, after a month and a day I was told they still need more time.

My bank has already been contacted and payment disputed and stopped.

411 Glam / Girl Luxe is a SCAM!! I placed an order in February and never received my product. I emailed them numerous times and kept gettin “copy & paste” automated emails. They were unable to provide me with an order update or tracking number. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! They recently changed their name to “Malla Fashion”
