They contacted by phone after a number of computer interruptions with included a loud alarm and blocking my ability to close down my system or rebook! I was advised that my Window operation system was outdates and it would be necessary for my to purchase and update to take care of the problem. I allow them to convince me so, I gave my checking account information for $199.00. After being very unsettled with this interaction I called Microsoft who advise me that there was not problem with the Window 10, installed on my PC when I purchased it and chances are this was a SCAM. I then contacted my computer manufacture HP who confirmed the fraudulent Tech Support and they all the software added by Scammers!
