THIS IS A SCAM. THEY ARE CROOKS! YEARS ago I paid $2000 for ONE YEAR of support service That was the end of that. Until three years later when I received a call from these people telling me I owed them $3,999.00 dollars! After arguing with them for an hour, they told me I owe them money for three years of service, and if I don't pay they will take the money anyway because now they have access to al my bank accounts. I am now in the process of notifying all my banks.

Computer screen froze with a banner scrolling to call Microsoft Security for assistance. It appeared that Windows Defender identified a virus and Microsoft wanted me to call them to resolve the issue. I called the number with hesitance. They were so security conscience! She gave me a password and said Support Matic would call to resolve the issue. They called, I requested the password, it matched and they resolved the issue by remoting into my computer. I than paid $199 for a year of support to keep my computer free of issues. They even waited several days before posting the amount to my account. A month later Support Matic called saying they were getting reports that someone other than them had connected to my machine and I needed to purchase a private ip address. They remoted into my computer after giving me the password. The screen went black several times and they wanted me to enter debit card information so they could purchase a private ip for me. I refused and contacted a valid network administrator who verified that the website did not exist. The domain they were using was in India. The administrator also found several reports of scams for Support Matic. The charge on my credit card showed as Webspace Inc. I set my computer back to the factory install to remove changes they made and changed all my user ids/passwords.

They scammed my wife out of $250 and kept trying to get access to her bank account. All to give us a refund for something that did not work. Once i got on the line and spoke to them they were asking for access to my bank account in order to refund her money. I just didn't sound right. I told them to mail a refund check and they refused. The reps name was Sam(and that was not his real name) very strong accent. This has been going on for over a year. They keep calling back and asking for access to her computer and bank account. Don't Do it! We have officially had to shut down my wife bank account. What a hassle. If you do not know a lot about computers they will take advantage of you. So glad i caught them before she gave them access to our other accounts.

They have frozen my computer at least 3 times and when I call to fix it, they want a lot of money. They scared me with all the "hackers" getting into my personal information. They sound so sincere. I'm ashamed to say I fell for it 3 times and paid for lifetime protection for different problems. They are ALWAYS saying I need to buy something. There is always someone different to talk to and none of them sound American, but they say they are and have American names.

These people scammed my father out of $1300 dollars and were still trying to get more. The rep name Sam phone number 6194137212. Run as fast as you can, they had him driving all over the place to get gift cards and kept calling him for more money. If he hadn't reached out he probably still would have been being harassed for more money.

i spent 220 for service had a guy name sam from this telling me i was hacked here he was trying to scam me out of all my monies i called the called the company they said they never heard of him hows that for honesty in a supposedly good co that protects you!
