Support help worked on my computer in September. Then on Monday they called to say they see viruses on my computer. He said I'm going to work on it now. He said a mgr would call me about a refund. he said she had a microsoft program that wasn't compatible with the format in my computer. The manager said he wants to deposit money into an account online with pnc bank. I called them back the next day. He asked how much I had in the bank. I told him I don't get paid until next Tuesday. He told me several PNC customers have been having trouble with their accounts. I tried to call him today. I called PNC today, and they told me to change my password. He was foreign.
