"Ben Smith" is a scam artist. He said he works for Avianca Airline and charged us for cancelling last minute due to medical condition. He asked for medical documentation and passport information. The information was to be sent to "[email protected]". 'Ben Smith" stole our Identity and our money.

I went online to what I thought was a United Airlines website to change the destination of a flight I had booked with them. This started emails from an "agent" who assured me that he could change the flight which he did and provided me with an email with "confirmation number" and all of the details for my new tickets. I was billed for the new tickets and assured that I would receive a refund for the originals. I never got the refund and the new "confirmation number" was not legitimate. I talked with "Sam *****" several times at the ************ but was scammed out of my ticket money.
