I went to a website that I thought was through canon. support-canon.info. It wasn't.
The man I started chatting with called me and got on my desktop with my permission. He told me I had a terrible virus that was called MacKeeper and that it infected my system over 4000 times and that i should buy their service. He gave me the following invoice:
plan :- 199.99 $
6 months of free technical support..(mac,printer and network)
2 years of network protection.

I was skeptical so I took my computer in, and they told me I did not have the virus and that the tech support person was lying. I just called the number on their website to get their address and they wouldn't give it to me. He said they were in Glendale, AZ but their website has a different address in CA.
