I purchased what was supposed to be a replacememt for my ASUS laptop charger. I received a knock off with no model number and the adaptor end is too large. The company offers 30 day refund return policy . I started contact with them 2/22/23 whe I received it (it took 2 weeks to ship) and I have not received any response despite multiple emails to both [email protected] and [email protected]

Purchased the item direct from their webpage, used PayPal as payment method to not give personal information by signing up for a profile. Received an email an hour later showing the "invoice", 2 days later received another email with the "tracking number". At the bottom of the tracking email I noticed it said status (delivered). I clicked on there tracking number and it went to a blank page.
