Supply Epic is a Scam!

I have ordered a figure of a character series for a friend in November to have it sent to me before Christmas and I never received a tracking number for it. The amount was $36.96 I tried numerous times to contact their customer service by phone and email and no one replied. I'm seriously angry and disappointed. If I had known this was a scam, I never would have ordered from this company! I attached photos of my order below. I crossed out my personal address for safety reasons.

I too am having issues. I bought a Keychain & it was only $12 on November 1 2021 but still. I received an order # & paid through PayPal. I have emailed numerous times but no response ever has been made. I also got a few emails claiming they email didn’t go through. I try to call the number & it just rings. I did read there “about us” before I bought & it did say they are based in Texas but There supply is out of china & orders can take up to 40 days. I thought it was safe thinking it was an American Co. They should be ashamed of themselves for taking people money. I think we’ve been scammed!

My order was placed online at SupplyEpic.com on 8/28/21 for $34.95 through PayPal. It is now 11/5/21 and no item has been received. I began emailing 10/08/21 as the website does indicate 1-5 weeks (business days only) for arrival of goods.
No one has replied to my emails. My son has been waiting for this toy and will be very disappointed to discover we were scammed.

I made an online purchase from the website supplyepic.com on July 22, 2021 for the amount of $68.95. I was given an order number 3252. I was not given a tracker number. The message says " we received your order and a tracker number will be sent to you". It's been 29 days and I have no tracker number. I emailed 4 times there was no reply. I called their phone number multiple times but it's always just a recording. I did not receive the item. I checked the internet, I found out that there were a lot of consumers who were also victims of this website. The purchase details sent by PayPal indicates that the payment went to PT Global Fajar Indonesia with a website or email [email protected]. I emailed that email address but did not receive any reply.

I ordered in May and received a notice they had my order and money been calling, emailing and even texted since May it’s October and no contact and no item! Scam Scam Scam! Do not buy!

This website is definitely shady. Like the commentor above, I placed an order end-May. And paid via PayPal for it. Reached out to them twice in July in the order status, and there was no response both times. Got tired of waiting early September and filed an eBay dispute to get my money back. Note that it had been almost four months by then, with no follow-up from the website on order status. PayPal closed the dispute in my favor and I got my refund.
And then at this point, in Sept, the website choose to send me a cancellation email‼ Wow, which means that there's someone who's aware of what going on , and willfully chooses to ignore the messages from me and PayPal.

So shady. Stay far far away.

I ordered from this business in May and they had no problem taking payment but do not respond to emails or take calls on the number their web page provides. I have tried checking status of the order through emails but feel this may be a fake business that takes money from people after the "no-return contact" and no product.
