10-4-18 Recd call, trying to get me to verify MY bill Supplier # and acct#. Which I did NOT gi've it to him ** told me my variable rate of 15.99 kilowatts/hour will be lowered for 12 months to a Fixed Rate of 10.99 kilowatts/hour. And my monthly Svc charge of $9.95 ->lowered to $5.95mo. Via the NGEP Natiobal Gas & Electric Program for paying MY bills on time, wirh my own $, and with NO Programs Assistance!!?? They knew my name, address, ph# everthing, made me feel uncomfortable, but not stupid!
