The add stated that they were a liquidation company that sold Amazon mystery boxes 3 sizes small for $29 medium for $39 and jumbo for $49. I opted for the jumbo which was to have 6-10 large electronics in it. Tv's, vaccumes., computers etc. I received 1 item a massager I had seen on line for $20. This happened 2 xs. The first time I thought I had messed up and accedently ordered it because when it arrived it was just the massager with no other items & their company logo was no where on the package & no invoice. So I thought I had mistakenly ordered it and the charge had blocked the charge for the mystery box so the following month I tried it again. And the same things happened. Another massager. Mind u the mystery box is said to contain many items that you either keep, sale or put up to use as gifts. But is defiantly sapose to equate to what u spent. Those messagers retail for $20 meaning the most they cost Provouxin is $6 or less. By this time I had spent $127.96 between $49.99 $8.88shipping & tax. All x 2. In what world does $12 equate to $127.96. Their add also stated money back guarantee. They have given me so much heart ache over all this that most people would have gave up. For me it is the principle of the whole thing. They made it impossible to return the messagers by giving incomplete address. And told me to keep them. And offered 30% return. To me after being scammed I want all my money back. However they after many back and forth correspondence offered 85% return on both orders but only refunded for one & are trying to say that's all I ordered. I have proof of 2 orders.& all the emails as well. I also contacted Amazon sense they are using the name on the add. They were not pleased to hear about this company & are under taking their own investigation as well.
