This was a outdoor griddle. I have one currently and would like to add another. The ad was for the same griddle I currently have , so i thought it was legitimate. I ordered it in January and it was supposed to arrive in 2 weeks. I have emailed them a couple of times to inquire about the order as I haven’t received it yet. There has been no response at all to my inquiry. I believe the stole my money and are probably stealing other people’s money as well.

I have no phone number or address, it was purely online through Facebook. I responded to a facebook ad.

I ordered an infant car seat with base attachment. It took over a month with no updates on shipment or tracking to receive an item. The item I received was not the item I ordered. It was so far from what I ordered. I received a USB cord not an infant car seat with base attachment. I proceeded to contact the company to explain the issue at hand and they didn’t show any signs of trying to send me the item I had ordered. I threatened to report them and still received no efforts from them to get the item I ordered.

I saw an ad on Facebook for a 36" Blackstone griddle for $89. Since only a few days earlier, I saw a very similar griddle at WalMart for $200, I thought I hit the jackpot. I ordered the griddle (total, with shipping was $99.90) and they sent me a confirmation email right away. After several weeks, the griddle hadn't yet arrived, so I sent them an email. No response. Another week went by and I sent them another email. Again, no response. I placed the order about 5 weeks ago and still no griddle and no contact from the company. Read some reviews of the company this morning and it appears to be a total scam.

We ordered two items, a 4 burner griddle and a stand mixer on January 8, 2019. The price advertised for each item was very low. To date, we have not received these items. We tried to call and got an answering machine. No responses to the numerous emails we sent. What we did get was a useless light with a USB plug-in. This arrived on 02/06/19. It came from China. The package is from: long zhu, No.18 south district, Jianchuan second village, sorgjiang district, shanghai 201601. Phone: 18202191839. Tried calling this number and it too did not work.
