September 4, 2020 We Paid Cash $1400 to Santino Marks of SUPERMAN SEALCOATING. He was to Seal the driveway and fill all cracks and holes. He had driven through a few days previous and given an estimate. It was Labor day weekend so when he showed up to do the job, he had nor Laborer's with him. He said he could handle it. He commenced to do the job and had to leave at one point because he didn't have all the filler he needed. It was dark by the time he left. I was already in tears and told him it looked like he had spray painted the driveway. He said give it through the weekend to dry. If we weren't happy he would come back. We weren't happy. He had a litany of excuses not to come back. We called multiple times in Sept and all the way to November. When he and his wife on 2 separate calls said it would have to wait until spring. It is now spring/summer. We reached him, set a date, twice . He didn't show. Now he's dodging our calls. He needs to return our money.

Father and 4 or 5 sons offer to seal coat driveway. Claim to be licensed, bonded and insured. Watered downed seal, did not fill cracks, did not seal drive.

Called and was told they would come back and make it right but never came and will not answer phone.

Located in North East Maryland. Scam in Cecil and Harford County.
