I was sent a post card from the business compliance division asking me to call immediately. When I called they told me I needed to pay a fine of $75 to receive a certificate of existence otherwise I was in violation of business compliance. I paid the fine not knowing it was a scam. Upon discovering the scam I called my bank to dispute the charge. Still working through it.
