I got a phone call from this company from a 413 area code number stating that it was a courtesy call to inform me that I had a payday loan that I had defaulted on and that they were going to start garnishing my wages and possibly court proceedings. When I asked about the loan and to send me something in the mail the person said he would only send information to my lawyer I said I don’t have one then he stated he had no information and that they sent me 4 notices about this debt which is a lie. When I tried calling the 413 number they answered hello no business name announced. I want the threats and harassment to stop!

This lady(Chasity or Cathy Miller) has called asking for my husband about a debt owed since 2011...First of all this debt has been paid. Second she threatened to call place of employment and serve papers to appear in court. The first time she called she was real nice because she assumed since I'm his wife I would pay.Well... WRONG I started to question this call and she got mad and hung up. Well fast forward and she attempts to call again.I asked for her mailing address and she refused. Then she started saying well it's your husband's debt so I do t need to talk to you. But yet to try to get a payment out of me I was fine just being his wife. Well she got angry and hung up. I called back and told her I was recording the call and she said she would start the process of complaining t to have him appear and court and garnish wages. She started talking louder and so did and and she hung up. She never gave me the address. She stated they attempted to reach him at the address on file which was BS because we just moved here and she said this address was on file since 2011... Yea right!! Somebody needs to sue these people. I told her my husband can't get phone calls at work and if he did then I will get a lawyer and an investigator against these people. She lastly said well it's not your debt but your husband...come on somebody needs to stop this!!
