David Marshall called and said he was a restitution clerk from the courts and he was giving me 1 hour to settle my debt before a warrant for my arrest was issued. They were proceeding immediately. I called the number, he made continued threats but had an old address from 2008 would not give me a name of a company or provide me with any documentation of the debt. I asked for a supervisor, he refused. He later called back offering a deal of 70%. I refused and again asked for documentation, he hung up. I immediately called UCAN and they said Superior Assests and Midland Finances didnt exist.
