i went into the office @ Superior Application Services located Rowland Heights. after speaking to an employee named angle over the phone . i went into the office where they claimed to help me find a rental property . being in desparate need of a place to live i gave them 200.00 down payment that they required for there services hoping top be in a place in the next two weeks following . i left there office with three listing they gave which after reseach where fake .. ive tried contacting this office n no answer for 3 weeks now . i drove to there office and sat and waited for one hour from 9am till 10 am but no one ever showed up at the office . office says business hours mon-fri 9am-5pm but no one ever showed

So basically you find an ad from them on craigslist promising a cheap apartment or studio for a low price. They tell you to come in to their office to make it seem legit and leave a 200 dollar deposit with a copy of your I.D before they even let you see the apartments or studios they promise. They get you by having you sign a contract that most people don't read stating that they have the right to keep your 200 dollars for 90 days, even if they don't bother delivering their promise to get you into an apartment. You constantly call them day to day asking is it time to actually see the apartment they told you they had available, but all you get is "we haven't heard from the land lord we will call you back", but you never once get a call back. Eventually you get fed up with getting the run around and demand your money back, but they say they won't give you your money back until the 90 days is up, which you had no idea was even in the contract. I started seeing all these scam alerts on craigslist with people describing what happened to them and it sounded exactly like what happened to me. When you get to the 90 days they say you have to speak to someone 10 days before the 90 day period to get your money back or else you will not be refunded. So when you call 10 days before they simply remember your number and ignore your calls until the ten days has passed forcing you to lose out on your money. Their shady people, they must be stopped. They use many different phone numbers.

This company located in Rolling Hills, Ca. is scamming people by giving them address's of supposedly rentals, that are not available for viewing until the "owner" gets back to them, which never happens. One address was given and belonged to a nursery. They take your $200 and say in 90 days you can get $150 of it back. They give you a made up contract that they have you sign. They hang up on you, and give excuses constantly about the addresses they give you. Shady people working in the office.
