Found the brand on instagram, ordered a hat from them in august using ShopPay. The entire amount was charged plus a $5 tip added on. After few weeks with no shipping update. I emailed and Direct Messaged them on instagram. They responded weeks later giving no info and saying it would come “soon”. I waited a few more weeks without hearing anything. I sent another email and still have heard nothing back. They have not responded to various DMs or comments on their public instagram page. They have deleted mine and others comments attempting to warn others not to buy from them. Their comments are full of people who have had the same or similar experiences. This needs to be addressed and whomever is in charge of “superficiallosangeles” needs to be barred from operating a business.
