Ordered a bath vanity that seemed like a really good deal. Never received confirmation email. Company was contacted via email and they kept changing the date of estimated delivery. Never received a purchase/ship confirmation. Their website doesn’t allow order tracking after a couple weeks. Very shady business. I requested to cancel my order.

I ordered flooring. I kept emailing and calling after the initial 5 - 7 weeks for the order to come in. I was told different dates every time. After waiting many, many months, I contacted BBB. They said the store was willing to refund the money. I have never received it. This has been going on since 2/2/22.

Company did not have flooring advertised I ordered in October, keeps telling me something similar will be shipped and I have yet to receive anything. If I cancel the order I will be charged a percentage and lose the $39.99 s&h charge

Flooring advertised on site is typically discontinued from other retailers I've gathered so they list a low price for it/say they have hard to find stock and say it is in stock, if you order it it will be delayed etc... due to supply chain problems and essentially they keep sending you later expected delivery times to avoid customers disputing charges or getting charge backs. I purchased an item through this company in January of 2023. After 2-4 weeks, I still didn’t receive any update on the item I purchased. Around February of 2023 I got an email stating that I had to pay $400 more to get my item shipped after I paid $1,397 dollars in payments plus $100 extra for shipping. It was not clear when I purchased the item that I had to pay $400 more to get it shipped to me so I sent multiple emails saying I didn’t want the item I wanted to cancel my order and get a refund it’s April of 2023 now, 4 months later and still haven’t received the item or my refund info of $1,397 dollars. I have tried sending emails, I have a paper trail of many emails saying what is going on they have stated that they would get back to me in 3-5 business days every time and nobody never gets back to me. I have tried calling customer support and every time I call an automated message machine states that they cannot receive calls at this time. I tried calling every few hours and it’s always the same message saying they cannot receive calls at this time. I have left messages and have not received a call back, I feel like I have been scammed, robbed, etc of $1,397 dollars that’s a lot of money I paid for this item that I never received. $1,397 is a lot of money I cannot let go I bought this item from superarbor to help me make money instead it looks like I ended up losing my money of $ 1,397 from this company superarbor.

Ordered flooring from their website, said it would ship within 3 business days and I would receive tracking. Emailed them after a week, was told it would be delivered 2/17-2/24 (a month late), and I would get a call from the delivery driver when he was coming. Emailed and called everyday from 2/17-2/24 and kept being told "it's in route, you'll get a call" that call never came. Today is 2/24 so I called them again and was told "it's in transit, you'll get a call from the carrier". I asked who the carrier was, and they refused to disclose that information. I said okay what do I do? They said "we will escalate this and call you back ASAP". I waited 3+ hours and did not get a call. I just called them back and now they're telling me "we're having trouble finding the tracking because it's not being shipped by a standard carrier, it's being delivered by a private truck"... They said if it doesn't show up today it should "definitely" be there tomorrow. I won't hold my breathe. After reading some more reviews online it seems like I'm just the latest victim of their scam.

Went to site, found the tile i wanted. Asked them on chat how long to deliver and they said 3 weeks. After a month i asked them and they said it was delayed until November, then it was December then January. I asked for my money back and they said they couldn't because it was a discontinued product, even though the product was not marked as such on the site and still is on the site not marked discounted. It has been 6 months and now reading this happens to almost everyone who does business with these guys.

On 11 December 2022 I ordered 10 packages of Smartcore Pro 7-piece Glendale Pine Luxury Plank. On 22 DEC 2022 I sent emails to [email protected]. requwsting how long until my order would ship. They replied on 23 DEC 2022 stating 1-2 weeks.

24DEC2022: I requested a refund

26DEC2022: They emailed me back stating they would send request to their "team" and to allow 7-10 days.

30DEC2022: received an email stating my order "shipped" via Estes. I sent another email stating I cancelled this order and do not want it.

30DEC2022: They emailed saying they could not process my request because the order has "processed or shipped". And attached their "refund policy" by also stating I could not get a refund.

30DEC2022: I responded by stating I had already cancelled the order.

2JAN2023: I emailed them with a screen shot of the Estes tracking showing the order still had not been picked up.

3FEB2023: No responses from Super Arbor so I emailed asking where the shipment is. Estes shows it in their shipping facility in Norfolk, VA since 3 January (also pickup date). Delivery to residence slips weekly with a current "earliest possible delivery date" of Fri, 2/3/2023-Thu, 2/9/2023. This date changes daily as I login.
