Avielle Face Cream and Eye Serum advertised a trial of their face cream for $6.95 and Eye Serum for $6.95, that they immediately charged your credit card for. Then 7 days later they made 2 “unauthorized” additional charges of $96.95 each claiming that their terms and conditions on their website authorizes them to continually charge you each month. When I called them to advise, I did not authorize it, they said they’d cancel the account, and offer me the opportunity to be refunded 50-70% of the “unauthorized” charge, which I did not agree to because I am due a 100% refund as these charges were never authorized and I have reported them to my credit card company. I’m filing this with the Better Business Bureau in the hopes that others won’t also be scammed by this company.
