I saw an ad for Super paws online for their dog beds. I ordered a dog bed and a blanket on May 6. They took out the money pretty quickly, and I have been waiting for this product ever since. I have emailed back-and-forth with them multiple times, where they had reported that there were issues with shipping and production due to the COVID-19 virus. I have asked for a refund multiple times in emails to them and on every occasion that is not addressed, only the fact that their production times and shipping times were increased related to the coronavirus.

I saw an ad on Instagram for a dog pet bed that helps with anxiety. It was a buy one get one free. I checked their website and it was quite thorough so I assumed a reputable company. They had responded to several people on Instagram with questions as well. I attempted to place the order and didn't see the BOGO offer claimed in the ad. I sent an en email advising I didn't complete the purchase as I didn't see any indication I was getting a second bed for free. They responded within a few hours that this was guaranteed and would normally be the exact same that I ordered but if I wanted a smaller one or different color, I could just let them know on my order. I ordered a 3XL at the cost of $117, selected standard shipping (5-7 days processing and then shipped) at no additional cost though expedited shipping was offered. Immediate order confirmation seemed plausible. About a week later I received a text to my phone advising my order shipped but the carrier was not provided nor a tracking number. I emailed them (only means of communication) advising of the cryptic email and this is where the scam begins. I received a "we're sorry we are experiencing delays" email. I responded for further clarification and was given a heartfelt "we are terribly sorry, we will not only refund you the expedited shipping if you paid this but here is a 15% off coupon to show our concern". I have emailed a few times since then and get the EXACT messages meaning these are just computer generated. I have requested cancellation and a refund twice and only get the same "we are working hard on your order and will let you know as soon as a tracking # is available". I have contacted my bank already to cancel my card to ensure no additional transactions happen and am now reporting to every authority I can. I see there are now several complaints that I should have read before making a transaction.
