Ordered two dog beds June 2020 and never received. I am out $117. They answered my first few emails telling me to be patient and my order was in the queue. Then when I demanded a refund a few months later, they’ve ignored my emails. I left a bad review on their Facebook page and now their Facebook and Instagram are both deactivated. I reported them to the Better Business Bureau... SCAM!

I have submitted orders to Super Paws for Pet Beds. Order# 17066 for 3XL at $116.99 and Order 19369 for Med at $56.99, both orders confirmed.
I have sent numerous requests for information about the delivery and received no replies other than there were delays due to Covid. First order was confirmed in May and second order confirmed in June. I am a pensioner who would dearly like to spoil my furry friends but I now cannot afford to purchase the product elsewhere.

: I ordered a bed from this business in May 2020. At the time I paid close to $100 , and was to receive a free bed. I have emailed the company countless times and the result was always the same "order is delayed due to covid but will ship in the next week" . Here we are almost 4 months later and nothing. I emailed them again, this time demanding a refund and cancelation of my order and THEY HAVE NEVER RESPONDED TO ANY MORE OF MY EMAILS. Here I am no bed for my elderly dog and cheated out of $100 dollars!

Saw a few advertisements online about 'comfy, therapeutic' dog beds. Slightly expensive but exactly what I was looking for. Company immediately withdrew the amount for my purchase. Responded to my email about the '2 for 1' deal promotion that was advertised and promised my products delivery. Tried to email a reply back again a month later and the email came back undeliverable. I was able to send an email separately but have received no response to three months of emails. No money has been refunded. No pet bed has been delivered.

On March 28, 2020 I bought a bed for my pet through the super paws website, I waited about 4 months and they never delivered it, on July 7 I told them that I canceled the order and that they give me my money back, they in super Paws told me that between 7 and 15 days they did it, more than a month has passed after the cancellation and they have not returned the money or made the delivery, it is a scam, I have seen many more complaints from this company, do not allow that company keep stealing more people
