Type of a scam Online Purchase
1. I could barely understand the 3 different people I was speaking with I keep having to repeat myself and kept getting transferred because they couldn’t understand what I was saying.
2. When I finally got to speak with somebody that could help with the refund they kept insisting the package was never delivered to them. So I asked to speak to a supervisor/manager or someone that could actually help. I gave them the tracking number and all of a sudden they said they found the package. That was on May 5th! I still never received my refund! I emailed the customer service email AGAIN on May 9th and the representative said “there’s no package that’s been delivered”. I immediately called the customer service phone line obviously mad and now they tell me there is nothing that was delivered to them with my name then asks me for the tracking number that I now don’t have because I was told it was delivered and my refund already being processed! Im attempting to get the tracking number from USPS but it’s not a for sure thing. All I wanted was my money back especially since I sent back what I purchased and because I was conned by this company!
