Purchased a GENERATOR ON MARCH 27,2024,NEVER RECEIVED SHIPMENT CALLED TO CANCELED AND DID NOT RECEIVE A ANSWER I PAID A DEPOSIT TO AFFIRM ON A PAYMENT PLANE AND STILL DID NOT RECEIVE A REFUND DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY TO SAVE MONEY A SCAM COMPANY FOR SURE!.

i purvhased a tool cabinet for ahout $2000, and never received the tool box and when I canceled the order, they refused to follow up with me and never refunded the money to Affirm Bank; Affirm bank refused to investigate and said I waited to long to file a complaint. two months ago I called Affirm Bank andcthey told me I needed to contact Super Arbor to deal with the situation. i contacted Siper Arbor several times, canceled the order again and contacted Affirm Bank sndcthey tefused to initiate and now I have taken out a loan for the $2000, paid the losn in full, still no yool box; and Affirm would not try to recapture the money from Super Arbor because they told me I waited to long to contact them to file a complaint.

We ordered a vented propane heater and decided to go with them since they were the cheapest. We place the order in late July 2023, kept contacting them about delivery date by email, chat and calling. We kept getting responses that our date was changed consistently. They charged our credit card 9.28.23 for $2110.63 and we still have not received anything. I disputed the charge with my American Express and reported them to the BBB and filed a complaint on their website which after I did, I received a phone call with a message that isn't even the same number on their website. Save yourself the trouble and do not order from them to save money. Luckily, our American Express will handle it. I will leave a horrible review anywhere I can to warn people.

I ordered some doors in May 2022. Yes,I know everyone had supply chain issues in 2022. I was super patient. I’m February 2023 they told me it would deliver mid April. Tried following up via e-mail on April 13, april 17 and April 19. No response. Tried calling April 19, no response. Finally got ahold of someone on April 20. I get an email later saying my order is cancelled. They delete all negative posts from the Instagram because they don’t want anyone to know what a scam they are. Would never order from them again.

Purchased $6,300 flooring and used Affirm for installment payments. Thank God I never made a payment because Super Arbor is unreachable. No product ever delivered. Nightmare dealing with Affirm who is threatening to report to credit report for nonpayment. I have disputed with Affirm and they state they side with the merchant that they are following policy. That is bull[censored] because you cannot get in touch with someone at Super Arbor. So I escalate the dispute and again say answer. It’s straight up fraud. Super Arbor is not following policy or I would have a product in hand. I’ve requested from both Super Arbor and Affirm proof of deliver/shipment. Nothing! 4 months later and I’m done wasting my time with Affirm. They can report to the credit bureau and I will dispute its fraud.

1/11/2022 we placed Order (No 7763) 5 x Sun Joe SJFP35-STN-B Fire Pit Bowls. Paid $255.54 with credit card.
3/23/2022 Emailed Super Arbor and asked for tracking and delivery information as I had not received the order. SA replied 3/24 to say the delivery
was "running late" and ETA was mid April.
5/11/2022 I emailed again requesting an update. No response
8/17/2022 I emailed SA again asking for an update or a refund. They responded with"new ETA 2nd-3rd week of September."
8/18/2022 Messaged SA "Please continue with our order. Please contact us if the ETA for this order is delayed any further than the end of September
2022."
8/20/2022 Received offer from SA to provide a
replacement product of a different size. (No mention of any change in price.)
8/23/2022 We agreed to the offer. "Please go
ahead with Option 2: . 33 in. x 5 in. Round Classic Steel Replacement Wood-Burning Fire Pit Bowl" 8/25/2022 Received email asking for an additional $320.30 for just 1 Firepit bowl. (Original order in January was for 5 Firepit bowls.)
8/25/2022 I replied with "Please refund our initial payment for this order. I DID NOT agree to pay more for a substititute because YOU cannot supply what I purchased. Please refund immediately and cancel my order."
8/25/2022 Received message from SA. "We will
forward your request to the team. Please allow them 3-5 business days to review and process this request. We apologize once again, for the inconvenience this has caused. Thanks, Super

9/13/2022 Emailed SA again with "Please cancel this
order #7763 and refund my account immediately." 9/14/2022 Recieved reply "We have followed up on this request with the team. A confirmation email will be provided once processed. We apologize for the delay.
10/12/2022 We have not received a
refund or any message. Super Arbor did not deliver. We have made repeated requests for a refund over many months. We require an immediate refund to credit card. The alternative is a chargeback to the CC.
11/1/2022 No delivery, No refund. Just lies. Stay away from Super Arbor

I ordered a bathroom sink from Super Arbor in February 2022 and was told it would take up to 10 weeks to deliver. On May 6th I was told it would be delivered the first or second week of June. On June 30th I was told it would be delivered by July 26th. On August 3rd, after waiting 6 months without the sink being shipped I cancelled rhe order and requested a refund. I was told the refund would be sent within 5 business days. After more than two months I have not received my refund. I have tried to contact Super Arbor numerous times via online chat, email and telephone. No one returns my messages.

Placed an order 9 months ago for a heavy duty tool chest that cost over $1000.00. It was supposed to ship in 3 weeks. They emailed me and said that their pricing was not accurate and that the price had increased and how would I like to proceed with the order. I asked them to cancel the order and refund 30 days ago. They won't answer any emails. No refund. No communication. Just silence. I got scammed! Don't buy from this company.

I ordered a table saw on Jan. 6, 2022. They sent an email letting me know it would be 3 to 10 weeks. Contacted them on week 11 and they said the manufacture-er was running behind and it may be another 3 to 10 weeks. On week 21 I canceled my order. They said the sent my request to the refund department and I should here something in a few days. A couple of weeks later I called the about my refund. Again they told me that it was sent to the refund department as high priority. After a few more week pasted by I contacted the BBB and filed a complaint. It is now the end of Aug. and still waiting on a refund. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND YOU WILL NEVER SEE IT AGAIN

I ordered flooring tile from this website on 1/28/22 and have not received the order as of 8/2/22. Over the past 7 months, Super Arbor has not made any effort to contact with me. Any updates regarding my order have followed my inquiries via email or phone on 8 separate occasions. I have received no explanations regarding the delays, only vague responses such as, "We're sorry for the delay. ETA is 2-4 weeks." Additionally, after I initially requested to cancel the order on 6/20/22, I received an invoice the next day for an additional $173.20 for freight shipping, with no estimated delivery date (I did not pay this and my requests for clarification have gone ignored). I have now submitted 3 requests to cancel this order and Super Arbor has not honored them or made any effort to remedy the situation. I do not believe Super Arbor to be an honest company and suspect it to be a scam.

This is DEIFNITELY a SCAM - DO NOT BUY from them - the positive reviews are employee inputs ! I have $1250 tied up with them and customer service is overseas and they will never pass you to a manager but let you wear out on a long wait!
They will not tell when my order will even be processed, let alone when it will ship ! Asked if they had stock - YES they had.
• Requested cancellation and refund since nothing has been done yet with my order – they quoted a cancellation fee of 20%. Policy verbiage quoted is for only for DISCOUNTED items – mine is not. Refused to answer or pass to a manager on why they are holding money for weeks without doing anything nor agreeing to refund.
• They refuse to resolve my request to : Ship the items immediately since they have stock or refund my money WITHOUT the 20% penalty
Have lodged complaint with BBB and noticed they are on the FRAUD list already !

Placed online order for a vanity and mirror February 21, 2022. After numerous calls and e-mails, I opened a dispute with my Discover card April 22, 2022 due to their policy that disputes must be no later than 60 days from date of charge. Discover temporarily credited my account while they reached out to Super Arbor. Today is April 29, 2022; I logged on to Super Arbor's site and saw they cancelled the order April 22nd. No call or e-mail. Thanks a lot for wasting my time.

Order flooring and never received it. Took money out of our account in October. Called them several times and just got the run around. The man was not very nice. Order this thru an app called Shop app.
