Purchased and paid for a rug online which I have not received. Email continues to be unanswered.

Ordered two area rugs from this business and have yet to hear from them, they have no phone number or address. I have written 8 emails to this company with no replies, the two rugs cost $409.95. The rugs were ordered on Nov 30/ 2021, they took the money out of my account on 12/01/2021.

I ordered 2 rugs from Super Affordable Rugs in October and told there were shipping issues with a backlog of cargo ships, but i would be recieving by the end of the week. That was 3 weeks ago and cant reach anyone. They do not respond to FB messenger or emails that have been sent. There was one number under one of the so called manufacturers, I called and the mailbox was full at the time. Tried again about a week later and the number was taken down. I feel like I have been scammed.

Hi I ordered 2 rugs from this company and check was cashed on oct 18 I tried calling and emailing and got a fake fed x tracking number and was scammed into believing this was actual
