My family and I wanted to buy a puppy, and we saw an ad on Facebook from this lady. So we contacted her by email and she seemed a little odd but OK because she kept sending us pictures of the puppy. The total was supposed to be $815 With shipping ($650 for puppy and $165 for shipping) but when it came time to ship the puppy we got an email from an “airline company” called "Branch Air Pet Shipper" saying that they wanted a refundable $650 extra because the puppy needed a vaccination and a special crate. They also wanted my bank information to send them money internationally and then that's when we said no. But when we asked the lady if she would please go pick up the puppy from the airport and if we could drive down and get it The next day instead, she didn’t want us to. She said that due to COVID-19, we could not meet face to face. So we backed out of the deal completely and requested a refund. She has still not sent any of our money back, and I don’t think she will. I paid through Zell.
