I placed an order on 6/8 with expectations it would ship end of June. I contacted the company on 7/9 asking when it would ship. They replied saying the next day. The label was created, but nothing was ever shipped. I have contacted them 3 times since with no reply. The last being yesterday in which I asked to just be refunded. Just trying to either get the product or my money back, but the company will not reply and doesn’t have a phone number.
