Ordered a wooden lawn cutout. Came in 2 sizes, small or large. Ordered the large one, paying extra for it. They sent the small one, with no invoice so could not correct the problem. Ordered another item from a company with a different name, but see it posted on my bank account with the same name as the previous wrong item - now worried this item will be wrong too, with no way to correct.

Total scammers. Placed an order and never received it. The phone number provided is blocked, and although their address is in NY, the phone number is from the San Jose area. You try to go to their website, you get warnings that it's not a secure site.

I ordered a wind dial for in the yard and it spins it was supposed to be 5 feet tall and a diameter of 24 inches what I received was 8 inch diameter and 27 inches tall and to top it off it will not even spin in a good breeze
I want my money back this is nothing more than a BAIT AND SWITCH scam period. They show pictures and descriptions of the REAL item and then send you a piece of junk I would not have paid five dollars from KMART For this
And FACEBOOK should be held accountable for allowing these on their platform they certainly monitor peoples pictures and what they say and hind behind community standards. so where are their standards for this
They should be vetting these sites to ensure they are not fraudulent scamming sites
Of course there is no invoice or phone number or any information sent in package so you are unable to contact them to get a refund for the item

The sandals I received are not wearable. There was no invoice in the package telling me how to get in touch with them to let them know I want to return them for a full refund. They do not fit. They do not bend. There is no way that I can wear them. I've never seen such poor workmanship. Please help. I can not afford to let this go. But I think FACEBOOK should be held responsible ! ever ad on face book is a scam they hopefully we know it before we give up our digits =cash they [facebook] reap all the bennies multi billion $ company , and they allow this to continue. I thought that I was getting an orthopedic sandals, however the sandals that Sunsa sent was flimsy and lack any support. Also they sent the package without any kind of a packing slip. I want a full refund, because these are very cheap sandals that is not even worth five dollars.

Advertised as Clark orthopedic sandals and received cheap, no orthopedic design sandals. Total scam. Same day through facebook advertised as Nordstrom Rack shoes and received same type of cheap knock offs. Many complaints on same issue. Facebook needs to do a better job of denying scammers access. If Paypal has received numerous complaints, why are they not advising their customers of possible scam before completing transaction?
