Sunrun representative Jory Sullivan said that Duke Energy had partnered with Sunrun to install solar systems on qualifying homes of senior citizens to cut electricity costs. Was told that only Duke energy will be billing me. After solar system was installed, I began to receive bills from both Duke Energy and Sunrun. Confused, I called Duke Energy and was told, in short, that I was lied to. Called Sunrun, and in short, told them to remove the solar installation from my house because they have lied to me. I have been getting the run-around from Sunrun when it comes to having them remove the solar system from my house.
