A man arrived at my home. No mask. Identified himself from nv energy. Let me say that again as I asked him twice and got the same answer. He said he was from NV Energy and lifted a badge from his chest to show me from 10' away (but it was hidden once up close). He was not from NV Energy but he did make the following claims: he was going to do a soft credit check which wouldn't show up on my credit (untrue). He just needed me to sign his tablet to do so, but actually there was a contact hidden there under his sideshow on his iPad. He guaranteed our combined monthly bill would be less than my current bill. He said I could get NV Energy to NOT charge me a monthly fee by calling them. He kept stating the solar system was "free" even while trying to sell us a solar system. He said there was no risk of a lien against my home as I wasn't purchasing anything. This company has been sued by the attorney generals of several states to prevent this and now they come to Nevada. Shame on them please list them as a scam!

we decided to install solar in our house .called sunrun .sales person Ellie promises to bring our Electric bill monthly to zero or max $10 a month. now we pay same amount as before plus we have to pay loanpal for solar from sunrun. they do not care . beware or this scam company ,they just sell you and hide. stay away from they. we are looking for attorney to sue this scam company.
