My daughter fell in love with a puppy online and the owner of sad puppy was sunrays Dashandpuppies.com. After going back-and-forth via email with the so-called breeder, we were able to send money and we requested to pay PayPal friends and family to avoid the service fees. After sending our money to the breeder, we were told the dog would be shipped and we would get emails from the shipping company one hour before pick up. We received an email from Rubicon shipping which we will be doing a better business bureau Report on as well, that the dog is in peril and needs to have a better crate in the stripper had sent them with and that we need to send $1000 to them to get a better crate and that is what made me start to do deeper investigation into the shipping company to realize they were reported on a scam list upon further recognition we found out in the last few days there have been other people scammed by the breeder. We are heartbroken as we were thinking we were going to be getting our dog and we are out $700 for the payment of the dog and the extra shipping. Please help us recover this money and shut these people down. The owner of the breeder and the person we were dealing with was Quiacy Rigby. PayPal accounts are shown in evidence. Note names
